WE NEED YOUR HELP!

WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP?

.Build sets: We have tools. The set designer tells the volunteers what help is needed. Next set building dates: Jan. 7 & 8, 2012)

Costume construction: Work ranges from sewing on buttons, to ripping out seams, to preparing an entire costume. Sewing machines available. (contact us for details)
Snack Bar: set up & sell concessions before the show and during Intermission - training available
Ushers hand out programs and help to seat patrons - training available
Tech people; run lights, sound and work back stage Always looking for those with experience. - training available

JANUARY, 2012

Set building and costume construction

· Saturdays Jan. 7, 14, 21, 2012 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

· Sundays Jan. 8, 15, 22 12:00 to 5:00 pm

Light, Sound, Props, Back Stage work, special Events:

· Contact Assistant Director of CTG, Patti Finley at (661) 799-2702 She will refer you to the person in charge of your particular interest.

Snack Bar/Concessions

· Fridays: Jan. 27, Feb.17, 24 8:00 pm

· Saturdays: Jan. 28, Feb. 4, 11, 18,25 2 & 8pm (2 shows

· Sundays Jan. 29, Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26 2 & 6 pm(2 shows)
