AGES 10 - 17

The benefits of learning improvisation have been proven to improve and promote: communication, decision making, working as a team, social interaction, confidence, active listening, physical awareness and helping with anxiety. The Canyon Theatre Guild will be offering a total of four sessions this fall! Two as homeschool workshops and two as after school workshops. The various schedules are listed below.

Have the chance to perform LIVE!

Each student who has taken at least two sessions of improv will be eligible to be selected by their class to be part of the CTG Youth Improv Troupe. Each class will vote on the top 1 or 2 students (depending on the class size) that will be added to the troupe. When the CTG main stage is back in operation and allowed to hold live shows again, the CTG Youth Improv Troupe will present their very own live show.
